Subscription for the digital annual vignette and digital annual section toll multi-trip card

   

You can take out a subscription for the digital annual vignette or digital section toll multi-trip card in our toll shop. This means that your product will be automatically renewed every year at the current rates and conditions until further notice.

 

Activate subscription – here's how it works

To activate a subscription, you need a Customer account. Please note that subscriptions can only be taken out for digital annual vignettes or digital section toll multi-trip cards.  

If you are not yet registered, create a new customer account or log in to your existing customer account:

  • Select your desired product category (digital vignette or digital section toll).
  • In the next step, select your vehicle type (car or motorcycle).
  • To buy a digital annual vignette with subscription, select "Annual vignette subscription" in the configuration.
  • If you would like to purchase a digital section toll multi-trip card with a subscription, first click the desired section segment and then select ‘Multi-trip card subscription’. Please note: no multi-trip card is available on the A 11 motorway.

Enter the required data (vehicle data, subscription means of payment, etc.).

After signing up for the subscription, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail. 

 

Benefits of the subscription 

Automatic renewal of the subscription
With a subscription, your product will be renewed on time and the amount will be automatically debited from your saved means of payment . This means that you will always have a valid digital annual vignette or digital section toll multi-trip card.

Subscription can be activated at a later date
If you have already purchased a digital annual vignette or digital section toll multi-trip card, you can activate the subscription in your customer account at a later date.

Subscription can be cancelled at any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason in your customer account.

Pay subscription

You can pay for your subscription by card, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

You can view and edit your activated subscriptions Customer account under "Services" in the "My subscriptions" section.

Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account without having to specify a reason. However, please note the cancellation period stated in your customer account.

Here's how to cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your Customer account.
  • Click "Services" and then "My subscriptions“.
  • Select the relevant product and click "Cancel subscription“
